1. Who Collects Your Data

2. What We Collect
Account information: Email address, name and password. Passwords are stored using one-way hashing and are never kept in plain text.
Pregnancy tracking data: Mother's name, estimated due date, daily mood, water intake, vitamin tracking, weight and nutrition notes, kick counter, contraction records, hospital bag list, appointment details (doctor's name, date, location name), and the daily notes and doctor questions you write.
Photos: Only the meal photos and "belly album" photos that you choose to upload.
Health data (HealthKit): With your permission, we read step count, heart rate and sleep data from Apple Health. This data is displayed inside the app only; it is never written back to Apple Health and is never used for advertising.
Notification identifier: An anonymous device-specific identifier registered with Apple's notification service, used to deliver appointment and water reminders.
Technical logs: Standard HTTP request information (IP address, timestamp) in server logs, kept briefly for debugging.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To create your account and manage your session
- To sync the data you enter across your devices
- To let you share data with a partner you invite
- To send appointment and daily goal reminders
- To fix bugs and improve the app
4. Who We Share It With
- The partner you invite: Only a person who joins using an invitation code you created can see the data in your shared pregnancy profile.
- Our hosting provider: Your data is stored on servers hosted on Railway.
- Apple: Notifications are delivered through Apple's APNs service.
We do not share your data with any other third party.
5. How Long We Keep It
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, if you are the only user on the shared profile all pregnancy data (daily tracking, appointments, photos) is permanently deleted. If you share data with a partner, only your account is deleted and the shared data remains accessible to your partner.
6. Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. All communication between the app and the server is encrypted with HTTPS. Sessions are authenticated with JSON Web Tokens (JWT). Login and password reset endpoints are rate limited.
7. Your Rights
At any time you can view, update and delete your data — including your account — from inside the app. See our account deletion page for instructions. For any other request, contact us at supportpregnancytracker@gmail.com
8. Children's Privacy
Minik Yolcu is not directed at users under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you in the app about any significant change.
